Quick bolognese sauce
Ingredients
500g minced meat (anything works, even vegetarian/vegan variants)
1 minced onion (2 if you like onions)
Minced garlic (any amount you like)
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
800g canned sieved tomatoes
100ml Red or white wine (I usually use sweet one, but that's up to you)
Some fresh tomatoes (optional)
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika powder
1 teaspoon of spicy paprika powder
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of basil
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of sugar
Salt and pepper, Olive oil
Noodles or anything to it
Cheese if you like?
Recipe
1. Mince onions and garlic, cut down the tomatoes into 4-6 pieces.
2. Heat up some olive oil in a big pot, yeet the onions, garlic and tomatoes into the pot and cook them for a couple of minutes.
3. Add the minced meat and cook it until the color changed. Add the tomato paste, cook it for a bit more until the tomato paste is a bit darker. Add the wine and let it cook for a bit more until the fluids are getting less, but not too dry.
4. Add sieved tomatoes and mix together. Add all herbs and paprika and mix well. Let it cook with the pot lid on for 30 minutes. Mix every 10 minutes.
5. Add salt, pepper and sugar and let it cook for another 30 minutes, once again mix every 10 minutes. While that you should probably make the noodles or whatever you want to eat with it. Good job I think.
